Parse for agents and loan officers
Email to Zapier, with clean fields instead of a raw body
Each parsed email starts your Zap with name, phone, email and whatever else you extract.
Free tier on every product. No card.

Sending email to Zapier with a plain email trigger gives your Zap a raw body to untangle. SyncYak Parse extracts the fields first, then posts them to a Webhooks by Zapier Catch Hook as a flat object, so every later step can map full_name, phone or order_total directly.
The same flat object works with Make’s custom webhook and n8n’s webhook node.
How it works
Trigger a Zap from email in three steps
Create a Catch Hook
In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier and the Catch Hook event, and copy the URL it shows.
Add it to your inbox
Paste the URL into the inbox’s Zapier destination. Send a test email to give Zapier a sample.
Map the fields
Add your actions and map the parsed fields: create a contact, send a text, add a row.
An email parser for Zapier that maps cleanly
All values arrive as strings in one flat object, with the subject, sender, received time and inbox alongside your fields, plus parse_id, the message id, so a later step can skip a lead it has already seen.
- Flat JSON, every value a string
- Works with Zapier, Make and n8n
- parse_id on every delivery
A Zapier email trigger that keeps every message
If the Zap is off or fails, the email is still in Parse, and the delivery can be replayed once the Zap is fixed.
Use cases
Zaps people start from email
New lead to CRM
Create the contact and assign it.
Text me
A text with the name and number seconds after the email.
Start a drip
Add the lead to an email sequence.
What you get with Parse
Parse is the email parsing product of SyncYak. Every account gets an inbox on parse.syncyak.com the moment Parse is switched on, every email it receives is stored before it is parsed, and each parsed email can go to any number of destinations: a Google Sheet, a Zapier, Make or n8n hook, or your own webhook.
Free parses 100 emails a month in 2 inboxes. Hobby is $9 a month for 1,000 emails and 10 inboxes, with your own domain from Hobby and Google Sheets lookups from Hobby. Pro is $29 for 5,000 emails.
- Ready-made templates for Zillow, Realtor.com, IDX registrations, CINC, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss, Velocify and paid social lead forms, plus a catch-all
- Rules by label, regex, CSS selector or mailparser.io filter chain, tested against real messages
- Signed deliveries (X-SyncYak-Signature), retried for about an hour on timeouts and server errors, and replayable
- Sub-addresses (inbox+zillow@…) to tell sources apart, and mailparser.io’s form payload format when a receiver expects it

Is there a SyncYak app in Zapier?
Use Webhooks by Zapier with the Catch Hook trigger. It needs no app install and receives the same fields.
Does it count against my Zapier tasks?
Each Zap run counts as Zapier counts it; Parse sends one delivery per parsed email.
Can I send to a webhook too?
Yes. An inbox can have Zapier, Google Sheets and webhook destinations at the same time.
Is there a free plan for Parse?
Yes. Parse has a free tier with no card and no end date: 100 emails a month, 2 inboxes, google sheets, zapier and webhooks. Paid tiers start at $9 a month, and you can move up or down at any time.
Can I use the other SyncYak products on the same account?
Yes. Email parsing, the mailbox API, CRM sync, error tracking and tunnels share one login, one team, one API key system and one bill. Each product has its own tier, so you only pay more for the one that grows.
