CRM enrichment

Your sheet or your database becomes your CRM’s enrichment engine

Score leads, tag them, record pre-approval status, persona or open-house notes in a Google Sheet. Whenever a row is added or changed, SyncYak writes it into the matching lead in Follow Up Boss, Lofty, HighLevel or Cloze.

  1. Start from your leads

The starter sheet fills the id column with your synced leads, so you only fill in columns.

  2. Map each column to a field

Pick the CRM custom field for each column header, exactly like field mapping from your database.

  3. Edit the sheet, the CRM follows

Add or change a row and the values land on the lead in your CRM, automatically.

Included from CRM Hobby, $29 a month.

A row in your sheet, matched on the CRM lead id, written into the lead’s custom fields. Example data.

And for every new lead

Enrich incoming leads before they reach you

Parse matches each new lead by email, phone, zip code or listing to a row of your sheet and adds its columns, such as the agent who owns it or the campaign it came from, before it goes to Zapier, your sheet or your webhook.

Included from Parse Hobby, $9 a month.

Five vendors and five bills, or one account

Building these yourself means OAuth and token refresh, IMAP, parsing rules, retries, an ETL per CRM API, and keeping all of it running. Stitching vendors means five contracts. Here are the published list prices.

Built to be relied on

Calm, exact plumbing, because you hand it your leads

SyncYak is built for solo agents, teams, brokerages and the developers who serve them. These hold on every plan, Free included.

  • Nothing is dropped

Every inbound email is stored before it is parsed. A delivery that fails on a timeout or a server error is retried, and you can replay any message.

  • Signed and scoped

Webhooks carry an HMAC-SHA256 signature. API keys can be limited to one product, and roles keep billing with owners.

  • Your data stays yours

CRM leads land in your own Google Sheet or database. Mailbox access runs on your own Google and Microsoft apps.

  • Formats you already know

The Nylas v3 format, the Rollbar SDKs, and SendGrid Inbound Parse work as they are.

  • No surprise stop

Monthly limits run 10% past the plan so an incident gets through, and owners are emailed at 80% and 100%.

  • Many servers, one address

Any SyncYak server answers any request and hands it to the one holding your account.

Pricing

Free to start, flat prices after

Every product has a free tier that does not expire. Paid tiers are per product, from $8 a month, and 2 team members come free.

  • Developers and CTOs

Start every API on Free, pay per product as it grows

$67 a month for all five products on Hobby. All five on Free cost $0.

Each product has its own tier, so a busy Parse inbox does not push your tunnels onto a bigger plan. Past a monthly limit, switch on on-demand usage with a cap instead of upgrading.

  • Agents and loan officers

Most solo agents run on Free or Hobby

$50 a month for Parse, Mail and CRM on Hobby. Free costs $0.

Free handles 100 lead emails a month and 3 mailboxes. A busy agent or a small team moves Parse, Mail and CRM to Hobby: 1,000 lead emails and 1,000 CRM leads every 30 minutes.

  • Platforms and brokerages

Business tiers for a brokerage, Enterprise for a platform

$775 a month for all five products on Business. Start on Free while you build.

Business covers 250 mailboxes, 25,000 lead emails a month and 25 team members. Past that, Enterprise sets custom limits and volume pricing, from $299 a month per product.

Questions people ask first

Something else? Write to [email protected] and a person answers.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Agents and loan officers forward lead emails, pick a ready-made template, and choose a Google Sheet or Zapier as the destination, all in the dashboard. Developers get an API for the same things.

Which lead sources and CRMs work?

Parse has ready-made templates for Zillow, Realtor.com, IDX website registrations, CINC, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss, Velocify and paid social lead forms, plus a catch-all for anything else.

CRM sync connects Follow Up Boss, Lofty, BoldTrail, CINC, HighLevel, Cloze, Brivity and KW Command.

Can my Google Sheet update my CRM?

Yes. Keep a sheet with one row per lead, matched on the CRM lead id, and map each column to a CRM custom field. Whenever a row is added or changed, SyncYak writes the values into the lead in Follow Up Boss, Lofty, HighLevel or Cloze. A starter sheet fills in the ids for you. It comes with CRM Hobby.

New leads can be enriched too: Parse looks up each incoming lead in a sheet and adds its columns before delivery, from Parse Hobby.

Is it really free?

Yes. Every product has a free tier with no card and no end date: 100 lead emails a month, 3 mailboxes, 10,000 error events and one tunnel. Upgrade one product at a time when it earns it.

I am a developer. What do I replace?

Mail speaks the Nylas v3 format, Cloud Logging accepts the Rollbar SDKs, Parse takes SendGrid Inbound Parse posts and ships ready-made lead templates, Tunnel works like ngrok, and CRM sync replaces a hand-built ETL. One API key covers all of them.

We serve many agents or clients. Can each have their own setup?

Yes. Give each one a Parse inbox, a mailbox connection through the hosted connect page, and a CRM sync through an invite link they finish without a SyncYak login. Your team shares the account with roles, and large rollouts move to Enterprise with custom limits.

Where does my data live?

CRM data is written into a Google Sheet or a Postgres or MySQL database you own. Received email, parsed fields and error events are kept on SyncYak’s servers for your plan’s retention window, then deleted. Every inbound email is stored before it is parsed, so a delivery problem never loses a lead.

Forward one lead email. Watch it become a row.

Create a free account, pick the products you need, and connect the first one in a few minutes. Developers: create an API key from the dashboard and call any of the five APIs.

Free tier on every product. No card. Cancel or downgrade any product at any time.
