How your data is protected, kept and deleted, and how to report a problem.
How is my data protected?
Everything travels over TLS, connection credentials are encrypted at rest, and each account's data is kept in its own store. The Data compliance page describes the controls in detail.
How long do you keep my data?
Each product keeps data for the retention period of your plan, then deletes it. The Privacy Policy has the table.
Can I get a data processing agreement?
Yes. Write to [email protected] with your company's legal name and we send one to sign.
I found a security issue
Write to [email protected] with “Security” in the subject. We look at those first and keep you posted until it is fixed.
