Agent email integration is what turns a real-estate platform into the place agents work. With SyncYak Mail, each agent connects Gmail or Outlook on a hosted page during onboarding. Replies from leads arrive at your platform as webhooks, and your platform sends follow-ups from the agent’s own address, so leads reply to a person, not a no-reply.
The consent screens show your platform’s OAuth apps; the API is the Nylas v3 format.
How it works
Connect agents’ inboxes in three steps
Register your apps
Create a Mail application and paste your Google and Microsoft OAuth client IDs and secrets, with the callback URI SyncYak shows.
Send users to the connect page
Link to /v3/connect/auth with your client ID and redirect URI. Users approve access; you get a code to exchange for a grant.
Read, send and listen
Call the /v3 API with the grant id and receive webhooks for new mail, replies, bounces, opens and clicks.
Connect agent inboxes during onboarding
Link agents to the connect page with their address as a login hint, and they land straight on Google’s or Microsoft’s consent screen. Their grant id comes back to your redirect URI.
- Per-agent grants
- Plans from three mailboxes to unlimited on Enterprise
- Extra mailboxes as an add-on
A brokerage email API with lead context
Combine Mail with SyncYak Parse and CRM sync: a portal lead is parsed, routed to an agent, and the agent’s reply is detected on their own mailbox.
Real estate email integration that agents finish themselves
Agents rarely read setup guides. Send each one a link to the connect page with their address as a login hint, and the provider’s consent screen is the only screen they see. If their mailbox is not on Google or Microsoft, the page detects the provider from the address and asks for an app password instead, testing it against IMAP and SMTP before saving.
Your platform hears about every change: grant.created when an agent connects, grant.updated when they reconnect with the same grant id, and grant.expired when the provider refuses the credentials, so you can ask the agent to reconnect before leads go unanswered.

What you get with Mail
Mail is a mailbox API that speaks the Nylas v3 format. You register your own Google, Microsoft and Yahoo OAuth apps once, send people to SyncYak’s hosted connect page, and get a grant per connected mailbox. IMAP and SMTP with an app password cover every other provider.
Free connects 3 mailboxes and sends 1,000 messages a month. Hobby is $12 a month for 10 mailboxes with open and click tracking; Pro is $49 for 50; Business is $199 for 250.
- Hosted connect page with provider detection, PKCE and single-use state
- Webhooks for message.created, replies, bounces, opens and clicks, signed with HMAC-SHA256
- POST /v3/grants/{grant_id}/messages/send sends from the user’s own address
- An existing Nylas v3 integration switches by changing the API host, client ID and secret
Frequently asked questions
Something else? Write to [email protected] and a person answers.
Do agents need SyncYak accounts?
No. They only use the hosted connect page.
Can we track opens and clicks?
Yes, from Hobby, with tracking options on each send.
Is there volume pricing?
Yes, on Enterprise. Talk to us.
Is there a free plan for Mail?
Yes. Mail has a free tier with no card and no end date: 3 mailboxes, inbound webhooks, your own google and microsoft apps. Paid tiers start at $12 a month, and you can move up or down at any time.
Can I use the other SyncYak products on the same account?
Yes. Email parsing, the mailbox API, CRM sync, error tracking and tunnels share one login, one team, one API key system and one bill. Each product has its own tier, so you only pay more for the one that grows.
