Matched on the CRM lead id

Keeping Follow Up Boss custom fields up to date by hand does not scale past a few leads. With SyncYak field mapping, the values live in a Google Sheet or a table in your database, one row per lead keyed by the Follow Up Boss id, and each column is mapped to a custom field. Whenever a row is added or changed, SyncYak writes it into the lead.

If a custom field does not exist yet, SyncYak creates it, inferring the type from the values: numbers, dates and yes or no are detected.

    Connect FUB to a Google Sheet or a database, so SyncYak knows your leads and their ids.

  2. Choose the source

    A from_syncyak_ table in your database, or a Google Sheet tab (the starter sheet fills the ids).

  3. Map and let it run

    Map each column to a custom field. Changed rows are written at your plan’s pace.

A push writes at most your plan’s leads-per-batch changed leads each interval, so ten thousand updates go out in order without hitting a wall. You can run a push now from the console instead of waiting.

What you get with CRM sync

CRM sync copies every lead from Follow Up Boss, Lofty, BoldTrail, CINC, HighLevel, Cloze, Brivity and KW Command into a Google Sheet, on every plan with no database needed, or into a Postgres or MySQL database you own. In a sheet each object gets a tab and each lead a row, upserted by its CRM id, with deletions marked in _deleted and your own columns left alone; in a database you get a to_syncyak_<name>_people table and a _flat view with one typed column per field. Notes, tasks, deals and other entities can sync too where the CRM offers them.

Field mapping writes values back: map columns of a Google Sheet tab, or of a from_syncyak_ table, to CRM fields, and SyncYak writes changed rows into the leads. Will it overwrite fields people edit in FUB?

It writes the mapped value when the row changes. Leave a cell empty to leave the FUB field alone.
